By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Services

Stone Digital provides AI-powered marketing services for local businesses including social media management, website design, paid advertising management, automation setup, and digital product downloads.

Payment

Monthly retainer services are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis. One-time services require a 50% deposit before work begins. Digital products are billed in full at time of purchase.

Cancellation

Monthly services may be cancelled at any time before the next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused days.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information, grant necessary access to accounts and platforms required to deliver services, and communicate in good faith regarding feedback and approvals. Delays caused by failure to provide required information or approvals may affect project timelines.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all creative assets produced specifically for your business. Stone Digital retains the right to use your business name and results in portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Stone Digital's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 30 days prior to any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
