Do I pay for ad spend separately?
Yes. Ad spend on Facebook, Instagram, and Google is billed directly to your own ad account. Our fee covers strategy, creative, and management only.
What if I am not satisfied with the results?
If you are unsatisfied within your first 30 days, contact us and we will work to make it right. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will issue a full refund of your first month's payment.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
