Monthly Retainer Services
Monthly retainer packages (Starter, Growth, Full Stack) are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time before your next billing date — no questions asked, no cancellation fees. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months already billed.
If you are unsatisfied with our work within your first 30 days, contact us and we will work to make it right. If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we will issue a full refund of your first month's payment.
One-Time Services
One-time services (website builds, system setups) require a 50% deposit to begin work. The deposit is non-refundable once work has commenced. The remaining balance is due upon delivery. If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work, you are entitled to a full refund of all payments made.
Digital Products
Due to the instant-delivery nature of our digital products (content calendars, prompt packs, playbooks), all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, contact us and we will resolve it immediately.
